Then we are starting to face more and more troubles. The freelancer is disappearing, not answering calls, falling ill, taking another job, failing to deliver on the agreed-upon ideas. If he or she is a sensible person, at least will tell you that he is unable to continue. Then we look for another freelancer who tells us that he doesn't understand the material we have given him, because it is not based on his logic, so he has to start from scratch... We wait patiently and move on with our project until this freelancer doesn't answer our e-mails...

Everyone will eventually have to deal with this.
